Singles’ Retreat in Jackson Hole, Wyoming!!

Come and enjoy the beauty of Jackson Hole while interacting with other Christian singles as we engage in Christ-centered worship and study as well as outdoor activities. Topics will include:
- solitude
- dating
- marriage
- sex
- And the nuances of being single again all within God’s design for you as a new creation in Him.
Cost: $30.00 per person to cover food and park passes. This low rate is made possible by a generous grant from the Bridger-Teton chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
Registration will begin at 5:00 on Friday evening. After folks register, we’ll meet for an evening meal of grilled burgers and fixin’s. Then we will have an overview of what’s in store for the weekend.
Vespers at 8:30 followed by more socializing around the fire ring (weather permitting).
Saturday will begin with Breakfast at 7:00 (yes AM). 8:00 Responsive Prayer, followed Bible study wherein we’ll look at some of the challenges associated with various relationships single Christians encounter in their life and faith. Lunch at the church. Then it’s up into Teton Nat’l Park for a boat trip across a beautiful high mountain lake. Then we’ll hike up to a 300’ waterfall and on to a scenic overlook or two; depending on snow cover. Following our descent we’ll head back to church for freshening up and a change of clothes. We’ll meet for our evening meal, more study, and evening devotions. After that we’ll head over to the Cowboy Bar for some socializing and boot-scootin’ recreation.
Sunday morning Bible Class is at 9:00 AM and Divine Service is at 10:00, with fellowship afterward. Godspeed as you return to home and vocation.
Lodging: Tent camping is available on site with shower facilities available at the rec. center across the street ($7.00 per day). Several family-size tents are provided, but please make a reservation to secure your space. Parking is available for self-contained campers.
